Global competitiveness technology for a global market must be included as a consistent and critical component of the evaluation of our local overall rare mineral ore mining export.
    Goal: explore and expand interaction with other rare mineral ore Mining, projects and Cooperative community who are dependent in traditional way to provide excellence and upgrade the technology and venture into our existing Global Market.

II. SERVICE
    1) The Centre must provide the highest-quality supervised assistance in the most cost effective manner to the cooperatives. This includes providing all technology assistances for a quality assurance.
